Drágen was sitting in the sand, enjoying the wind on his air and staring into the ocean. The constant sound of the waves and the seagulls calmed him down. He enjoyed to be alone; noone was here to disturb his thoughts. They weren't pleasant, as usual he was wondering how his life would be if he hadn't been kidnapped when he was a young boy. A sudden noise startled him and he got up.

Morianida made her way through some of the bushes carelessly. She didn't believe that anyone would be around the ocean. People tended to stray inland in Vyomini. It was to her surprise when she found Drágen. She smiled pleasently and curtsied, having been taught to do so in the Royal court for years.

He relaxed slightly when he saw a girl coming down to him. Not a girl, he corrected himself. She was an elf. He watched her suspiciously for a second, then he nodded to her and smiled.

"Hello," she smiled. "I'm Morianida." She curtsied again.

He lifted one eyebrow. "I'm Drágen", he replied. There was something strange about the elf...

"Pleasure to meet you," she said. She refrained from disclosing her rank to this human. It always changed how someone talked to you. It became 'Be silent, girl' to 'Please go on, Your Highness.' Morianida didn't care for it.

"Same here", he said, examining the elf closely. Then he shrugged. "We don't see elves here very often... So, do you have a reason for being here?" It wasn't meant to sound unfriendly, so Drágen smiled at her.

"Business," she answered truthfully. "I work for my mother," she said. She was actually out there to try and help persaude people that peace with humans was right and that they need to stick together against the shadow side. "Why aren't you at Winthrop?"

"I wanted to be out of the trouble in the city. Usually this is a good place to be alone", he said, shrugging, then picked up a stone from the ground and threw it into the sea.

"What kind of trouble?" she asked carefully. She sat down next to him, indicating she was going to be there awhile and arranged her skirts around her so the air wouldn't nip at her ankles.

Drágen sighed, then shrugged. "The usual stuff", he said "nothing special"

"Well, I don't know what the usual stuff is," she said and smiled to him. "So please enlighten me."

He couldn't help but smiling. "Things are missing and people start to suspect someone, until they are found again... usually they just forgot where they placed them, but sometimes they are stolen.", Drágen explained.

Morianida laughed. "So you have sticky fingers," she said and smiled. She remembered she once took a pear from someone elses palace garden without asking and her mother sent her to tend to that garden for a year. The humans were let off easyily. She smiled. "What kind of things end up 'missing'?"

"Food, tools and such stuff" Drágen said and raised one brow. "Don't believe I took all of them - Sometimes you don't have a chance but taking some food, but I don't steal"
